Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reewio (“Service”), operated by Kubikon s.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Reewio is a B2B SaaS platform that enables businesses to collect and verify customer reviews on third-party platforms including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and others. The Service includes QR code generation, customer identity verification via OAuth, review flow management, and business dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with third parties.

Customer identity verification. Reewio uses Google OAuth to verify the identity of customers leaving a review. When a customer signs in with Google, we request basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture) solely to verify their identity during the review process.

• We do not store the customer's Google password.
• We do not post content to Google on the customer's behalf.

Business Google Business Profile connection. Business operators may connect their Google Business Profile to Reewio. With the operator's authorization via OAuth, Reewio accesses their Google Business Profile through the Google Business Profile API to (a) read reviews of the operator's locations for display in the Reewio dashboard, and (b) post replies to those reviews on the operator's behalf, when the operator chooses to reply from within Reewio. Reewio uses Google Business Profile data solely to provide these features. Operators may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or within Reewio.

You may not use the Service to:

• Post false or misleading reviews.
• Solicit reviews in exchange for compensation in violation of applicable platform policies.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy at reewio.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Kubikon s.r.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reviews collected will appear on third-party platforms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
